Introducing Glass 2: "Water, Barley & Hops"
Plato once said, "He was a wise man who invented beer." That's coming from the dude who established the first institution of higher learning in the Western world, so you know he's right. Plato was on that beer hype wagon before it was cool, and had an epic beard. What a hipster.
No matter what style of beer you enjoy, or how crazy the flavor profile might be, all the beer we drink stems from these three basic ingredients (plus a little love from our microbial pal, yeast). Glass 2, "Water, Barley & Hops," pays homage to those ingredients with a classy, minimalist design printed in gold wrapping 360 degrees around the entire glass.
Rastal Lawrence Tumbler - 42cl or 14 oz. Capacity
The infamous Rastal Teku glass is regarded as one of the best glasses for fully experiencing the color, aroma and flavor of any style of beer. Designed by Teo Musso (“Te”) of the Baladin Brewery in Torino, and Italian sensory analyst Lerenco Dabove AKA Kuaska (“Ku”), it’s considered one of the world’s best beer glasses.
Here is a guideI wrote that details the best way for you to properly clean your glassware. Below are some basic guidelines:
No microwaving - This glass contains precious metals, so never put it in the microwave, unless you wanna see those sparks fly
Hand wash - I've put my gold printed glasses through the wash, but I don't recommend it. I suggest hand washing these with soap and water, and then letting them air dry.
