How to tell if your beer glass is actually clean

This is a simple trick you can use to tell if your glassware at the home (or when you're out) is actually clean. Look at your beer and see if you notice bubbles from the carbonation sticking or "pooling" on the sides of the glass. It will look something like this:

Glasses that are properly cleaned don’t have bubbles clinging to the sides of the glass. They'll form and travel right up to the top in the head of the beer.

If you notice this is happening at home, I recommend you revisit your cleaning process to make sure you're doing it right. If you're out at a bar it might be a good idea to politely mention it to the server or bartender.
