Shipping

Shipping in the United States is done through USPS, and we offer international shipping to some countries. All of our glasses are sent out in specially designed packaging to protect against damage. If there is something wrong with your glass, we'll ship you a new one, no questions asked. 

Shipping in the US is done through USPS.

You can choose between USPS First Class mail and USPS Priority Mail. First class is a bit cheaper and takes around 3 business days. Priority Mail takes about 2 business days. 

Most orders ship same day.

If you place your order before 3:00 PM EST (12:00 PM PST), it's very likely the order will ship out the same day. Orders places after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped out the following day. This isn't guaranteed, but definitely the norm. 

We ship using specially designed packages.

We sat down with the folks at CustomCorr and designed a special tuck top box and insert specially for the Teku glass. The insert securely supports and holds the glass in place inside a reinforced tuck-top box which is meant to withstand even the most aggressively negligent delivery guys.

If your glass arrives broken, we'll replace it. 

If that does happen, just shoot me an email with a photo of the broken item and we'll ship you a new glass free of charge. 

We offer international shipping for a flat fee.

If you're outside of the US we'll ship you your glassware via USPS First Class International Mail for a flat fee. The cost to ship one glass is the same as shipping two ($13) so cost-wise it makes sense to order in sets of two. Here is the detailed cost breakdown for international shipping:
