Introducing the new "Don't Tread On Me" snifter glass!
This is the second glassware style to be adorned with the Don't Tread On Me design, and the first SBG glass printed on the 13 oz. Libbey Belgian Snifter.
This design is also available on the Rastal Craft Master One IPA glass.
"Don't Tread On Me" pays homage to an infamous symbol of American Independence - the Gadsden flag. Named after American general and politician Christopher Gadsden, the flag was originally designed during the American Revolution in 1775 and was used as an early motto flag for the Continental Marines. It has since become synonymous with the fight for American Independence.
About The Design
This is the first-ever SBG design that incorporates both reflective gold and color. The coiled rattlesnake, poised to strike, is printed in reflective gold and sits atop a patch of green grass. Boldly displayed below this are the words "DONT TREAD ON ME". The design is flanked by a gold-printed "1776" representing the year America declared independence.
Glassware Information
This 13 oz. Libbey Belgian glass perfectly captures a beer’s aromas and enhances the sensory experience. It's a modern take on the traditional tulip glass and is versatile enough to use for any style of beer - from Belgians to barrel-aged stouts to Hazy IPAs. The rounded bowl and tapered lip allow you to experience all the subtle nuances of your beer.
Glassware Care
Here is a guide I wrote that details the best way for you to properly clean your glassware. Below are some basic guidelines:
- Hand wash - I've put my gold printed glasses through the wash, but I don't recommend it. I suggest hand washing these with soap and water, and then letting them air dry.
